David Whitehead is a dedicated real estate agent and REALTOR® specializing in the Crown Point, St. John, Valparaiso, Schererville, Dyer, Portage, and Michigan City areas of Northwest Indiana. With a deep-rooted background in real estate, having been raised in a "real estate family" in Central Indiana, David has developed a strong foundation in the industry. A graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics, he has been licensed since 2001 across Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan, honing his skills over more than two decades.

 

David’s expertise spans residential and commercial sales, leasing, farmland, and income-producing properties. His career accomplishments speak volumes, with over $80 million in sales volume and more than 400 properties sold. Averaging 40-45 transactions annually, David is recognized for his outstanding sales and negotiation skills, consistently ranking in the top 5% of agents in both the Northwest Indiana REALTORS® Association (NIRA) and among RE/MAX agents statewide.
