Meet Sarah Szczepanik

Licensed since 2018, Sarah Szczepanik is a residential real estate specialist on one of the top performing teams in all of Northwest Indiana, the Matt Evans Team. Sarah works with both Buyers and Sellers for all types of residential properties. She has resided with her family in Valparaiso somewhat close to Chesterton since 2020 where she and her husband are raising two girls and enjoy the greater Chicagoland area. She is dual-licensed in both Indiana and Illinois, often helping people relocate between the two states. In her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. Sarah initially started her career as a manager for US Bank in Illinois, where she found her love for client relations. An interesting fact about Sarah is she speaks some Polish, and while not necessarily fluent, can find her way through some conversation.
