Meet Sarah Szczepanik

Licensed since 2018, Sarah Szczepanik is a residential real estate specialist on one of the top performing teams in all of Northwest Indiana, the Matt Evans Team. Sarah works with both Buyers and Sellers for all types of residential properties. She enjoys the flexibility of the real estate business, and she really enjoys helping clients become happy buyers and sellers. She has resided with her family in Valparaiso near Chesterton since 2020 where she and her husband are raising two girls and enjoy the greater Chicagoland area. She and her husband operate a family-owned HVAC business where he serves Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland. Sarah is dual-licensed in both Indiana and Illinois, specializing in relocating between the two states.
